We believe in whole of life cycle support for IT systems and detest the approach of those "suppliers" in this industry who turn up, install systems, and then leave customers to completely fend for themselves. If we install it, we are happy to support it, on an ongoing basis. If someone else installed it, but won’t support it, we will try and assist as well.
Long term relationships also allow us to know our customer's business well. We believe that understanding the customer's business is important to understanding what solutions are appropriate for the business.
Independent Consultancy
We take a vendor independent approach to our work. Even though we do sell items like hardware and software, our most important product is the support and consultancy we provide. When we give a customer advice they can rest assured that the advice is what we think the customer needs to hear. If we recommend a solution customers can have confidence that we believe it is the best fit for their needs.
We also endeavor to ensure that advice can be readily understood by our customers. We do our best to keep a handle on buzzwords and jargon and encourage customers to ask for clarification, or more detailed explanations if they do not understand.

In addition to this, we are also one of the lowest billing rate firms in the space, particularly for our regular customers. We do this by keeping our own overheads low, and practicing what we preach when it comes to running IT systems and how they relate to business. |
